Kyoto University Scholarships in Japan for 2023 are now being accepted. Scholarships are available at The Kyoto University of Advanced Science (KUAS) for international students. These scholarships will cover the bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degrees of selected candidates. Almost all academic fields and majors are offered at the university.

For Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Doctoral programs, KUAS offers two types of scholarships. These are:
- Super KUAS-E Scholarship
- Stipend for personal expenses: 1,200,000 yen/year
- Exemption from tuition (100%)
- Exemption from admission fees (100%)
- KUAS-E Scholarship
- Reduction in tuition (100%, 50% or 30%)
- Reduction of admission fees (100%, 50% or 30%)
There is a tuition and application fee reduction of 100% for the Doctoral program.
Scholarships will only be available for September 2022 intake students.
Scholarship duration: The bachelor’s scholarship lasts for four years, the master’s scholarship for two years, and the doctoral scholarship for three years.
